  1. drink more water and see your doctor to rule out a medical cause.

  2. This is the answer I gave for a similar question 3 days ago.

If you want to improve it through fruits:

    Citrus and figs:

Citrus-like many fruits provides vitamin C which is good for maintaining flexible blood vessels.

Figs-supports your cardiovascular systems, try potassium(bananas) and calcium.

But I also recommend for you brother to exercise regularly.

  3. Could it be his diet? Make sure he's getting enough Niacin. I get this from 99cloucd99..

Five of the most effective circulation boosting foods are as follows:

    Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds are a good source of vitamin E which research has shown can help reduce the stickiness of blood and therefore lower the likelihood of blood clots forming.

    Oranges

The high levels of vitamin C and bioflavonoids in oranges help the flow of blood through your body by strengthening the capillary walls.

    Nuts

Nuts contain niacin, or vitamin B3 as it is sometimes referred to, which essentially gives your blood a boost and therefore can prevent circulation problems.

    Watermelon

Watermelons are rich in lycopene which can help prevent a buildup of plaque (a substance that can interfere with blood flow) in the arteries and therefore ensure blood circulation.

    Garlic

Blood circulation is another of the many strings to garlic's bow. It can help prevent the accumulation of plaque and in some cases actively reduce it.

Also you can give him garlic and ginkgo supplements.

But with his hands and feet going purple, you may want to try circulation tablets from www.kinotox.com keycode 458437

  4. Well, my concern is that your brother may have an underlying vasculitis and really deserves formal evaluation by a physician.

There are a number of connective tissue diseases and other pathologies which need to be excluded, and without a proper evaluation by a qualified physician, there's no way to ensure he's healthy.

  5. Try garlic, or garlic capsuls

  6. Diet and exercise

  7. If he does not complain of severe pain, then he likely has Raynaud's disease.  This is not life threatening.   Basically what it means is that his circulation is overly sensitive especially to cold.  He needs to wear warmer clothing so his body will relax the blood vessels in his hands and feet and they will then return to normal.
