  1. Drink lots of good quality water to flush your system which will really improve the tone of your skin and clear up blemishes.

    Exercise such as walking is great for getting the blood circulation going which will brighten up your skin, too.

  2. First clean your face with water , rub a moist cotton swab and wipe the face of dust and oil.

    Now APPLY Almond Oil all over the face, be careful at the EYES.

    Sleep with this on. the almond oil shall penetrate in the pores and gradually your skin texture and colour will improve.


  3. For Skin, drink lots of water, apply or drink Tomato Juice... will definitely help removing Tan and wrinkles too..

  4. By using natural methods. Eat lot of fruits and also drink water. Don't eat too much of tamarind or chilli. Try to eat vegetarian food as much as possible. Bath twice a day.
