How to improve sprinting? Please help!

I am 14 and i can run 100m in 14.5 seconds, can anyone give me tips or things ot do to help get my time down to 13.0.

Should i do weights or sprint training if so what should i do for it?

  1. I'm Pretty sure the best way to gain speed and Stamina is just Sprint AS FAST AS U CAN for like 10 seconds the next day 20 seconds the next day 30 and on on and on.


  2. try it barefoot with ankle weights

  3. Get a coach, I've got one and he has helped me with my technique and what not. It really helps if you have the right attire (sprinting shoes) and the right way of running.
