what are some ways i could do to train myself to run faster and longer

  1. running daily and constantly help your heart and lungs adjust

    drink lots of water

    jump roping helps with your agility

    you should run up hill alot to improve your stamina, its like running with weights


  2. run with a parachute on your back, you'll look ridiculous but s***w those people, let em laugh! youll have more stamina than them in the end!

  3. well if youre wanting to be a distance runner youre gonna want to run atleast 5 miles a day. I mean if youre not in shape yet work up to it until you can run atleast 5+ miles a day consistantly.

    If youre wanting to be a sprinter, practice on a local track, doing 400s (full lap) 200s (half lap) and 100s (quarter lap) repeatedly. You can warm up by jogging for like 15 minutes or so. And of course stretch before and after.

    For agility, if you have ever heard of ladder drills, i would  really reccomend those. And practice running with huge strides which will make your strides bigger when you actually run.
