How to improve video quality for watching this concert online on laptop?

the image freezes a lot, the audio is fine what can i do to watch it clearly? Will updating software make a difference? its a old toshiba with a netgear wireless card. should the streaming speed be automatic? if i choose to download it onto my laptop will i view it the same way i view it online (referring to the video freezing)? Pls Help!

Possibly your internet connection isn't fast enough?  If so, let it download all the way through and then press play again- it should play smoothly then.

Or you can DL it to your computer like you mentioned.
