How to improve vision?

Is there any natural and cheap way(not lasik) to improve vision?

Yes i belive i know... your eyes work like camera lenses... you are suppose to zoom in and zoom out.. why do you think people who work outside have a better eye sight.. becaus they look in different places all the time close and far away. they zoom in and zoom out.. if you dont look far away you will have problems with the sight.. thats why the people who work at the computer have poor sight... a good way is to look at something very close and than at something very far away..It works i got from -3.00 to -2.50 withn a year training for like 10 minutes a day   IT works trust me!

Your vision will change because of your genes, and natural growth.

If there was a simple and cheap way , millions wouldn't be wearing glasses and contacts.

Beta-carotene in supplements or food is supposed to work. If you're young this particularity applies. Vitamin A supplements is supposed to help as well, but bear in mind there's lots of evidence that suggest that none of this really helps. If it does, it's more during formation of your eyesight (when you're young) and not later in life.

If you have vision problems the only real solution is corrective like glasses, contacts or eye surgery.

no, only lasic. I used to have poor eyseight since I was 5 years old, it only got worse. then I had lasic done and now I can see 100%
