How to improve writing or speaking?

to improve writing - you better write something and ask your friends who are good/bad in english. Ask them if they could understand what you have written and you are tyring to express in the words. If you do better, NO one is going to stop you.

Speaking - you need a good listener. there are very few. so dont worry. try to express urself

We normally write, and we normally speak.

But we find ways to improve it right?

I'll start with writing.

1. Limit your subject.

Focus on ONLY ONE particular topic.

2. Gather data.

Get only those data which are related to your topic.

Sort your data from the most important to the least important.

3. Prepare an outline.

Write headings of the outline in order. Then under it, write your data sorted. This outline serve as a guide.

4. Write your paragraph.

Keep it short but sensible. Start your paragraph with an interesting topic sentence. This would make your reader read your paragraph (think, who will read dull paragraphs?)

          a. Strengthen your vocabulary.

                 Construct words that are not the same. You

                  may use thesaurus.

5. Give your paragraph a catchy title.

This would make the reader interest your paragraph, beside from the topic sentence.

Then, Speaking.

1. Never ever read your piece or memorize it line by line.

It may make you forget it. Just familiarize your piece.

2. Familiarize with proper pronunciation and intonation.

You may search the dictionary for that.

3. Avoid Stammering.

4. Speak with motivation to motivate the listeners.

5. Be prepared for rejection.

You cannot avoid it, you cannot please all people.

6. Anticipate audience's reactions.

Be prepared for their questions.

7. Use proper facial expressions depending on the situation.

8. End your speech with an inspiring message.

You should read some words of wisdom from a lot of philosophers or famous people. This would enhance your speech.
