  1. spot and keep on a high releve.

  2. it takes a lot of time

    and its NOT CALLED SPINNING

    its called turning lol

those dancers work their butts off....

    practice practice!!

    good luck<3

try to keep you head up

    always stay on relevayy

    and spot!

  3. i was always told 2 spot & pretend there is a string going up your body, focus on 1 spot on a wall (watch it as u spin) and stay in releve

  4. First, learn to spot. Pick a focus point. This is something that stands out in a room. Such as, yourself if you're looking in a mirror. Then when you're spinning, whip your head around so you are always looking at that point. Then, you won't get dizzy. Next, practice "centering your gravity." This is just making sure you are distributing your wait on all five toes, and not resting on the last three or first two. This takes practice, and some balancing exercises. Last, always keep your head held high, neck extended to it's fullest, and back straight. Act as if there is a string pulling you up toward the ceiling. HeHe!! Good luck...and PRACTICE!!

  5. try spotting... it's alot easier to spin 100 times when you spot... before you start your turn, look for something that you can focus on... like forexample there's a book on a shelf on your head level, you look for that book after every turn... and again and again... :)

  6. try to start in lunge position then hold your arms out and twist them in the way you want to turn  once you stt to spin hold your arms in crisscross position  or leave them out but rremember PRACTICE MAKED PERFECT!!

  7. It's called head-rotation. Look at something in the room , spin but just keep looking at it until you can't. When you can't, turn your head.
