  1. Buy a car. I had bad credit before this and i paid off my car over time. Everything that was bad just did not matter anymore.

  2. I have recently come across the same problem. What you need to realize is if there is something on your credit report that is past due or that you owe, your credit score will not go up no matter how much good credit you are obtaining on the side if you do not pay those owed (loans, accounts, cards) debt.

As long as you are current on all of your bills and loans and such than you can obtain a secured card, which is just a credit card that you have where you are spending your own money rather than owing other people. As long as you pay towards the balance as much as you can your credit will go up.

Other than that you can get a secured loan which is pretty much the same thing except you are paying money towards a loan that you will get when you are done paying it off.

Another thing you need to know is many banks and institutions do not report credit every month, some do every quarter (3 months), so even though you are wanting a good credit score, there is no such thing as a quick fix.

A mortgage company told me that the best thing to do if you are trying to raise your credit is pay everything every year than wait a year as in a year if you do not owe anything than you will have established good credit.

  3. Stick your credit card into the cd player on your computer and hope for the best.

  4. You need to make sure you keep your current balances are up to date and paid. You can get a secured credit card from your local bank. Make sure to spend about 60% of the balance each month and pay it off asap at the end of each month. If you can before the bill even comes. This will make your credit score go up fast. It will take 3-6 months at the most to improve. Good luck!

  5. Pay down your debt as much as you can. If you have any balances you can pay off completely do that first.

  6. Get a low interest credit rate at a retail store- sears, jc penney, and use it to make a purchase. Pay the card of as soon as possible, most stores take payments at the counter. This will build your score in a short time. But late payments will hurt you.

  7. Pay down as many credit cards as you can, always make more than the minimum payment due, and pay off any loans you have, if possible! It did wonders for me.

  8. Well, It take some time  ( length of time) and energy to build up your credit. Credit build up upon all these elements as time, income, and  length of time of your job history, residential place, where you live and how long you are in that territory.

First,You should maintain your credit balance under 50% upon the credit line every time and make a payment on time and try not to make a minimum payment or paid in full each month.Second, If you can afford to buy a new car, it is a not bad idea.

    Good Luck!

That's all! Apply for no or bad credit card (according your credit score) and improve credit step by step. Best of luck!
