How to improve your vision and alertness for a sport?

  1. Eat more carrots.


  2. Wear your glasses and drink a pot of coffee.

  3. Try not to doze off when being an umpire and try getting some good sleep the night before the match, It can help :)

  4. For better alertness, eat healthy diet and always try to get plenty of rest. I woudn't suggest drinking much coffee and energy drinks. They can help, but the natural way is much better.

    To improve vision, you can do specific eye exercises which can also improve your alertness. Even if you suffer from some refractive disorder you can still improve your vision. For more information on eye exercises take a look at this site:
