How to increase FIELD SIZE MORE THAN 255 in MS ACCESS?

i have more than 255 char text that is to be pasted but the field size is fixed 255 how can i solve this problem

Change the Field Data Type to "MEMO" instead of "Text".  Memo fields can take unlimited characters.
