How to increase MPG on a f250 v10?

Hey i can get a great deal on an 03 f250 v10 but im just worried about MPG. i was wondering what i could do besides a chip, exhaust and Air filter that would increase fuel economy. thanks

This is a very heavy truck, if you need it to haul a trailer, you live with the mileage. If you need a daily driver look at something else, nothing you can do to the truck will improve the mileage to any degree.

If you have concerns about MPG, then you are considering the wrong vehicle. The best you'll ever get would be 15 mpg. People buy those trucks for their hauling capability, work, not mpg.

no they get what they get and that is why you are getting a good deal, nothing is going to make it so that it is good, however if its a good deal and you don't mind fuel bills buy it

cut off 6 cylinders, ha ha, the best way is higher gears, lower numerically, try to drive at 1800 rpm's, use a scangauge or mpg guage to adjust your driving habits..
