what should i work on to increase my anarobic endurance, so i can work longer and harder in an anarobic state? thanks...

  1. To improve your anaerobic conditioning you must do exercises that let your body tolerate more lactic acid.

    You must do interval training with limited recovery between the intervals.

    It depends on what type of exercise you are trying to do as to what type of intervals you should do.

    Usually people will run or use a bike to stress themselves into this state.

    You should be exercises at a high level of maximum effort for 30 seconds to 1 minute with rests limited to the same time, and do 5 to 10 repeats.

    As you get better you can increase the number of repeats and reduce the recovery times.
