  1. Get off of Yahoo and hit the gym.

  2. Speed is not equal to power. While you are getting fit, you have to remember that rule. You either lose weight and increase speed or gain weight to increase power or find a balance so you can increase both in proportion. It is just a question to ask yourself, power or speed.

Anyway, jogging, gym, yoga or whatever exercises you can find on the internet or health instructors.

However, one thing about baseball is to have a good eye to see the ball well and a good swing to fully apply your power on hitting. Don't ignore your hitting or you become second Andrew Jones or Jeff Francoure.

  3. get off this c**p and go work out in the gym

  4. u should run for about 45mins everyday that will help u on speed strength and power and i suggest that u talk to ur coach to give u a work out plan. and tell him wut u want to improve

  5. To be a good hitter, you need to move the bat quickly through the zone. To do that you need good fore arm muscle. To build forearm muscle you should m********e. 100% serious it works

  6. HGH, STEROIDS, AND AMPHETAMINES. DONT U WANNA BE JUST LIKE THE REST OF YOUR ROLE MODELS?? LOL
