I am 34 years old. My body weight is only 40 kg. I want to increase my body weight so that i am looking physically strong.

  1. Eat more:fatty fried fast food and junk food.

    Eat bigger meals and use stuff high in calories.

    Drink sugared sodas:etc etc.

    Planets.

  6. The key ingredient to gaining muscle mass is to add lots of PROTEIN to your daily diet. You should have 1.0-1.5 grams of protein for each pound you weigh. Protein helps your body to build lean muscle after your workout. Speaking of workout, I would start with simple toning exercises (low weight/more reps) to get your muscles used to being worked. After about 2 weeks you can go to the strengthening exercises (high weight/low reps). This will break down your muscles fast and with all the protein in your diet, when they heal it will be solid lean muscle mass. Muscle weighs alot more than fat

    Breakfast:Sausage,eggs,toast,orange juice

    Lunch:Sandwich,chips,a snack and a soft drink

    Dinner:Roast,potatos,peas,water

    To gain weight eat a snack it doesnt have to be healthy just dont over do it my suggestions:Milkshakes,candy,anything with peanut butter.

    But remember once see your gaining weight do some excercise to turn it into muscle and keep you from becoming obese.

  8. I would say exercise and its way better than pigging out and risking be "fat". Your abs and all your muscles should get stronger witch will increase your body weight instead of your stomach fat. So its your choice. You can Be stronger and have more body weight. Or you could be "fat" and have more body weight.

  10. Eat more at least 20 * 88 lbs =1760  1760+500=2260 calories to gain weight. As your weight increases say to 100 lbs eat more calories 20*100 lbs=2000    2000+500=2500 calories to gain weight. To get big you eat. To get strong you lift weights. Do compound lifts. Do a bill star 5x5 workout program.
