  1. well if you want to get your running speed up, then run a mile everyday and you will DEFINETLY improve. it just takes some patience. trust me it works. i used to get like 11 minutes running the mile and now i get like 7.

  4. not sure if this is scientifically proven...but I dabble in muay thai and I find running and kicking with force in a swimming pool has strengthened my speed and attack significantly.

For running, I'm not too sure but if you do a warm-up, stretch, then do a run, that should help.  During the run, go sprint, jog, sprint, jog,etc.  Occasionally, you should do tempo runs (running at constant paces) for a long run.  Also, find ways to build your quadriceps.  For kicking, try jump roping.  But, when you land your feet, make sure your heels don't touch the ground, that will build your calves, or gastrocnemius.

  6. i from black belt drogans what i do is run run run and kick a soccer ball over and over and over try it for a two months straight good luck . i will take you out LOL
