You could have a big sale like the first lady said.   Sometimes having a successful business does not mean making money on every sale.  It is about making you company the one people will go to.  For instance.  If a store sells a bar of soap for $1.00, and another sells it for 0.89 cents.  Then The first store made more money, but the 2nd store will have made the customer come back for other items because they know its a better deal.  

You should also work on customer service, that is a huge part of keeping people happy, and also if you have the means you can create a members program.  This is like if they sign up as a member, you give them a card or something so you know they are a member, and then every time they come back they get 5-10% off their purchase.  This will mean they will come back to your store more often because they are a member there.  It is a good way to secure customers.
