Men usually slow down in sexual pleasure or desires at the age of 50. What i want how to improve it, like by good eating habit, exercise or any other thing

  2. It's not that men loose sexual desire after 50. The only reason they might do that is that they may not be producing as much testosorone, but I think the main problem is that they have usually been with the same woman for a long, long time and the thrill of having a sexual experience with her is gone.

    You just have to discover new things to do that will cause more arousal. I know that generally pornograhpy is bad, but if it is used to provoke arousal between spouses, I think it is a good thing.

I've been looking into this a lot because my husband has the same issue...once we're having s*x he really enjoys it, but he just doesn't get in the mood very often, and I almost always have to initiate it.  I've done all the fun stuff like lingerie and helping to get his mind off things, but not much luck.  He uses Cialis, which is a wonderful thing.  But I think erectile dysfunction issues can really mess with a man's libido...it's a pride and manhood thing.  Hopefully your partner is understanding and doesn't try to pressure you, but not give up on it either.  Eating healthy, lots of fruits and veggies, just improves your overall energy so it might help.  You also might want to get your testosterone checked.  Men can enjoy s*x into their 60's, 70's, and 80's, so I'm glad you're not giving up on yourself!

  7. Go see a doc. there are a bunch of different things that can affect performance. Get a full physical and blood work up. If all else fails there's always viagra. The good eating habits and exercise are always good but may not be enough to make the changes your looking for.  

  8. i heard something weird about this the other day that they did a study that men that drink two beers a day have good sexual situations when they are older...idk if that is true...but you can look into it if you are old enough

    i.e. good cardiovascular exercises and erotic sexual thoughts.  When all else fails there's always Viagra and a few other drugs on the market.

  11. I would start with getting a medical first, just to check your blood pressure and general health. Your s*x life doesn't have to slow down after 50, but a lot of hidden medical problems may creep in that affect your stamina and performance.

    My husband is 56 and he is always ready to go, so a good s*x life after 50 is very possible.

    I don't know about the beer theory, but I know D would never say no to a beer so maybe there is something in that :)

    Of course exercise and healthy eating is good for your body and anything that keeps your body health will be good for your sexual health also.
