How to increase size of hands and feet size?

i have very small hands and feet plz give me some tips. my middle finger is as big as a quarter of a chocolate bar. plz help me. or u could also give me some spiritual tips

I notice a lot of guys who have worked really hard during their lives at mostly labour jobs tend to have very big, tough hands.  Go get a job on a farm and see if after a year your hand size has increased.  You'll definitely be in great shape.

While watching tv, tie some heavy things to ur finger, let the weight hang while ur finger pointing down. It'll take many months to see the results. Try it.

You can't change this.  That is part of your genetic makeup.
