How to increase the speed of utorrent?

my net connection speed is 256kbps..movies are downloaded at utorrent at the spped of 40kbps and uploaded at 45kbps..how can i increase the spped of downloads at utorrent

you could add trackers but the speed will increase with the sharing of other users. You could try downloading at different times. But the speed usually increases in time when you start connecting with others

Dude check this site. 99% its up to your ISP and not these settings. But these settings in the below link can help you get good speeds for a torrent which has less peers and seeds.
