People don't see past the starting price.

I found a NEW one of one of the games you're listing, for $7.99.  The shipping makes the whole thing twice as expensive...but not all buyers pay close attention.

You might try listing for half that value, and then charge for the shipping.  You'll come out about the same as charging $9.00, but paying the shipping yourself.

The lower opening price may get more attention.

And it's also possible, that if there's only a few dollars difference between the price of a brand spanking new one, and a used one, buyers will fork over a few extra bucks for a new one.

You have to offer something somebody wants.  Next you have to pay to advertise, you need to have visibility.  Pump up your ads.
