Hello all,I wanted to find out how I can run a half marathon from pacing it in 2hrs and 33mins to 1hr and 09mins?I'm also planing on doing somthing that only 17 men in the world can do by time I'm 30 years old. I want to be able to pace right around Australia over 15,000kms any tips how to train up to it? btw I'm looking from very experrenced athletes advises. And don't tell me this can't be done because it has been done before.
