  1. You divide you butt in 4 quadrants:use the outer upper side.So you cannot damage nerves.

    I inject insulin there daily.

    Very simple.

    Space

  2. Ask your local Physcian.  If your medication  is not prescribe by a doctor i advise you to not abuse seriods.

  3. why?

  4. Dude, stop steroids.... build muscle correctly

  5. I'll leave you with some sage advice:

If you have to ask questions on something, you shouldn't be doing them.

  6. You have been given the right advise. It should be injected in a deep intra muscular region and buttocks have great muscle mass.Steroids have oily base and if given in shallow muscle they are painful. Moreover they are slowly released from the muscle over a period of time,so the pain persists for a much longer period. On the other hand if an injection like insulin is given deep in the muscle, it's absorption is hampered. To get best results it should be given subcutaneously, just under the skin. It has water base,so hardly any pain.If you are not flexible enough to reach the buttock region and pain wise feel comfortable, you can continue with thigh--it is as effective on the thigh as on the buttocks.
