How to insert a form from an Access file to a web page?

How could I insert a form from an Access file to a web page so that I can add records to the database from my web site?

well if your using microsoft database then it should be really easy.. Just use the wizard that will make it for you.. Its like create web form wizard or something like that..

very simple

once it gives you all the files then upload them to your web site server..

then direct yourself to that index that was made..

do note that you must have a microsoft server to be able to submit a form to edit a database..

it cannot be a linux server !!must be windows hosting powered!!..
