How to install apps on motorola q9h?

i have a moto q9h running windows mobile 6 and i cant work out how to put 3rd party apps on it. i have downloaded an im off mobile 9 and have tried to put it on the phone but when i tried to open it on the phne it says something like cannot load jad file. and does any1 no where i can find apps and games for it for free? thanks.

M S, I've had my Motorola Q9H for 4 days and I can barely hear out of the earpeice..
