How to install window AC?

Question

how do you install window ac's in apartment bedrooms ? I am planning to buy one....i hope i can install it myself...or anyone know about any professional installers in the toronto/scarborough area in ontario ???? All the ones i can find are people who install central AC's for houses only.....please help !!!!!!!!!!!!! i am kinda nervous to do it myself....even with my dads help.

put it in the window, s***w it on the windowsill and plug it in. its that simple. of course im not sure which ac ur talkin about but watever.

Not hard to install !!! Read directions if or when you buy one .But note we had to put plastic on the outside of our windows so the rain won't get everything wet.

if you are buying a brand new one, still in a box, it will come with step-by step instructions.

basically though, you sit the ac unit in the window, close the window down. some require screws in to the window frame. make sure it leans slightly back/down, so the water runs down and out, out side.
