How to introduce myself to her?

I share a few classes with this girl. She never seems to talk a lot, though I have seen her hang and talk with friends during lunch

I'm guessing she doesn't have many friends in the classes, which is me as well)

I think she's cute, and I want to introduce myself. But I'm worried if I just come up and start a convo, she'll think I'm some sort of weirdo.

How can I introduce myself without it ending badly?

I agree with Annie. Sit next to her and talk about something class related at first, then maybe you can talk to her as you two leave class, change the subject into something more interesting or whatever. You'll figure it out.
