How to investigate physical properties of the ground?

I need some methods for investigation of compunds which are contained in the ground.

I've choosen for my EE one endemic plant (Onosma echioides) and I have to investigate factors which are affection on the growth of this plant (temp., rain) and one of these factors is composite of the ground, so I want to find which mineral and soils are contained in in one sample of ground!

The proper name is soil.  Soil analysis is not simple.  You could digest the soil and have the mineral components, however, that is pretty much irrelevant as it is the plant available nutrients you really require.  ANY method to measure this is merely an estimate.  Without field trials to develop a yield or growth calibration curve, than each method is merely a scientific guess.

    If you just need something to start your investigation, I suggest you contact your local county extension agent (provided you are in the USA), gather a soil sample kit from the agent and mail your sample to the state soil test facility for soil analysis.  They will have the greatest amount of experience estimating the available nutrients for the soil in your region.
