How to iron on stuff???

Question

I would like to iron on a picture i found on the internet on one of my shirts. do i just print the picture out and just iron it on?????

does that even work???

i use fabric pens  for painting on shirts   some shops can print your pic ture on shirt also,  dont think you can iron on    wishing you good sucess.from annm,
