  1. How to Clean a Bathroom in Less Than 7 Minutes a Day

    Things You’ll Need:

    Disinfecting spray

    Disinfecting wipes

    Ammonia

    Toilet bowl brush

    Cleaning rags

    Step1

Spray the counter tops and sink fixtures with a disinfecting or foaming spray and let it sit. Spraying and letting the solution sit will allow the chemical to penetrate the germs and dirt.

    Step2

Spray the bathtub and tile area with a disinfecting or foaming spray and let it sit.

    Step3

Pour a disinfecting liquid into the toilet bowl and let it sit.

    Step4

Sweep the bathroom floor. Spray the mirror with cleaning solution and wipe with a paper towel. Check the toilet paper roll and refill it if needed. This should take about 2 minutes.

    Step5

Wipe the bathroom counter and the sink fixture with a cotton absorbent cloth or a disposable disinfecting wipe.

    Step6

Clean the bathtub with a cotton absorbent cloth or a disposable disinfecting wipe.

    Step7

Swish the toilet brush around the toilet, seat and rims and underneath the rim. Follow up by wiping them all down with a disinfecting wipe. Put the cloth in the trash.

    Step8

Spray the bathroom, door k***s and fixtures with a disinfecting spray. Your bathroom is now clean.

    Tips :

Always wear gloves when cleaning to protect your hands from the chemical solutions.

Never mix different household cleaning solutions. The mingling can emit toxic fumes.

  2. It's not clear what you mean by "clean"; are they just splashing the mirrors when they wash their hands, or something like urinating on the floor? If you are speaking of family members not keeping the bathroom clean, you have to tell them to clean up after themselves. Keep disinfecting wipes in the bathroom. Actually, your question is not really clear.

  3. how to keep a bathroom clean ALL day long?

Simple: Just don't use the bathroom.

Seriously though you shouldnt let little messes bother you and you should clean once a day at best. Encourage cleaner bathroom habits like having people wash the ring out from around the tub when they use it. Flush the toilet. Run some water in the sink to get left over hair or whatever from hairwashing. Things like that can make a world of difference.

  4. Well, unless you are the one messing it up, you have help making messes, or so that would be MY guess.  I would suggest you lay out some rules and make a chore chart and make someone else appreciate what goes into making and keeping a bathroom clean.  Then enforce it!  At our house, we have a bathroom for the kids, and I have my own private bathroom.  The kids take turns weekly, doing their chores and I clean mine as needed, but at LEAST 1-4x a week, and thats just me using it.  Honestly, I can't imagine adults needing to do that much to keep a bathroom clean, but kids, it seems, leave their wet towels, dirty socks and underwear on the floor, the tub with water in it (I know I know!) and just in general, seem to lack the ability to see their skid mark poo skids in the toilet, or the empty TP roll on the dispenser.  Our rule is simple, if its your turn to have the bathroom chore, it is your responsibility to keep the toilet clean, the sink wiped and floor mopped.  Now, if they can prove that Suzy left a duece in the loo and didn't flush, I have no problem making Suzy go clean her t**d out of the toilet and making her clean the bathroom top to bottom as punishment.  We don't tolerate being a pig!  If their chore is not completely done on Saturday evening, they own it in addition to the new chore for the next week.  We usually don't have repeats of "forgetting".  LOL!  If someone in your home is being a pig, get on it and make them clean it up.   With kids, though, you HAVE to SHOW them EXACTLY what is expected.  Remember, you may think they know how, I can assure you, most don't don't!  Now if your MAN or WOMAN is leaving a sty, then I suggest you deal with that head on and just let them know it won't be tolerated any longer and that they too, need to work on cleaning chores like that!  We take pride in keeping things nice for ourselves and for company!  Try and instill that in your "helpers" and you may be pleasantly surprised!  Hope this helps you!  Good luck!
