How to keep an employee safe while working in a secluded area?

Is there a device that will let other people know that a person working alone in a secluded area might be injured? The catch, it's a loud factory with running machines

I'm not sure, I know a lot of machines have a kill key that stops the machine. Like a tredmill with a wrist strap... If you fall it pulls out the "key" and the equipment stops.

Maybe there is something like that, or that the tech has to be in a certain spot or it goes off? like the laser door chime in retail stores, but in reverse?
