I don't dry my jeans because if they shrink, even a tiny bit, they fit really weird, but when I hang them up to dry they get all crunchy and yucky feeling. Do you have any tips to keep them soft without putting them in the dryer?

  1. Of all the fabric softeners,  I think Downy works the best. You can put your jeans in the dryer on the air only or fluff cycle for 15 minutes. This cycle uses no heat, but it will help get some of the water out, so they won't dry so stiff. You can also hang them in the bathroom when you're taking a shower, the steam should help soften them and get some of the wrinkles out. Hope this helps. Good luck!

  2. Fabric Softener.  Downey is the best, just put in durring the rinse cycle.

You could also put them in the dryer after they're dry.  Just fluff them up a bit, that should soften them up.
