How to keep motivated during a xc meet?

i get nervous befor it starts and sometimes i do ok but i just get demotivated and lose intrest in running

  1. Ask the question "Why am I here?" to yourself and reply "I want to beat all these little so-called runners in their own sport."


  2. in order to be demotivated, you hav to start with being motivated so to be motivated in the first place requires something your trying to accomplish. for example, i run to honor God, my skool, and my family. i also work hard to run faster times for each race.

  3. read the Bible

    talk to your running buddies

    stretch

    walk around

    cheer for other runners

    talk to older runners, they will be able to tell you what they did
