  1. Brush your hair gently with preferably wooden brushes to increase hair growth. Never brush the hair when it is wet. If one wants to grow hair, trim the hair once every month, just the tips will do. Try http://solutionsforhairgrowth.blogspot.c... for more details.

  2. Wash it with the correct type of shampoo and conditioner, get a regular trim every 6 weeks, and drink plenty of water as this does help improve the look of it.

  3. take vitamin b complex suppliments and eat protein rich food. It will not only help condition of your hair but also speed up the growth process

  4. Use chemical free products and refrain from using shampoos with sulfate (sls). Make a hot oil treatment consisting of olive oil and coconut oil every week before you wash your hair. Wrap it up at night to prevent breakage, and moisturize it with aloe vera juice from the grocery store. Keep your hair braided up. The more you fool around with your hair the more susceptible it is to breakage...don't brush it unless you absolutely HAVE to, and use a wide tooth comb to comb your hair from now on. Remember to drink plenty of water and take vitamins from GNC.

  5. Good quality products make all the difference! Make sure you deep condition at least once a week, get regular trims (preferrably from same hairstylist, as we all have a different idea of trim). And yes love the answer of drink lots of H2O!

If you use any heat styling tools(hairdryer, iron), make sure to use a heat shield product as well.
