  1. your points do not just go away. These points are used for insurance purposes they stay on your record for up to 7 years. It is my hope that you are doing better.  You may be required to get a hard ship license that is one where you have to plan out your trip to and from work and that is the only place you can drive. you have to carry a trip map if you get caught going outside this you will loose the license

  2. ~I don't know Colorado law, but with your record I certainly hope so.

Edit:  Grow up?  It wasn't me that ignored all those traffic laws and got a fistful of tickets, nor was it me that decided to skip my court date.  Let's see, you flaunt the law, then you ignore the process and finally you're concerned that your irresponsibility may have consequences.  How very adult.  Is your name Bush perchance?

  3. ask a lawyer. There is a lot of "gray" area, but your carelessness in getting all the citations and especially in not showing up for scheduled hearings will work against you. It is the judge's discretion if you lose your license, unless the law specifies that you must lose it after a certain number of convictions or guilty pleas, or points. Points do NOT go to zero just because you pay a fine. Paying is also an admission of guilt.

  4. I would go into the court and ask for anycommunity service you could complete for any points, if nay you have.

  5. Not sure about keeping your license, a lot of it depends on how you behave in court. See some advice about court appearance on the blog spot.
