  1. From the inside out.

Drink lots of water, avoid greasy, fatty foods, and take a Vitamin A supplement.

Wash your face before bed every night, and again in the morning. Try something with tea tree oil in it. (it's a natural disinfectant) I spritz mine every night with flower water. It keeps it moist.

Believe it or not, it seems the more you scrub and try to make it oil free, the more your body produces oil to try to keep up. Oddly enough, if you put on a non-greasy moisturizer before bed (not something made with all sorts of chemicals you can't pronounce), it'll keep your skin moist and it will stop going into overdrive producing oil.

Avoid foundation makeup. There will be an adjustment process, too. You may have to expose all your zits for the world to see for a while, but in the end it'll be clearer. All foundation does is clog your skin up and keep it from breathing.

Give your skin a little bit of sun, but not too much, or you'll look like a leather couch when you get older.

    Best of luck to you!

  3. Healthy lifestyle, positive outlook and take cosmo skin glutathione. It is one of the leading and affordable brand of oral gluta in the market today available in watsons.

  4. Drink water, lots of it.

Avoid anything with aspartame in it. Don't drink fizzy pop or eat chocolate.

  5. Vegetables, fruit and water. Use a mattifying powder to minimise shine, preferably a mineral one, so it won't clog up your pores. If you have teenage skin, use a good natural cleanser (Amie Purifying Facial Wash) and a light mousteriser (Amie Dew Moisteriser). I use them and I find that they work wonders on my skin. Try not to tone, that dries it out, and if you can afford it get a facial every 1 or 2 months. Also, Lush Cosmetics have a magical face mask range, all natural. And take a skin supplement - Perfectil works great...but its expensive.

Hope I helped! Now get out there and get great skin!

  7. 1. Your diet: make sure that you are eating plenty of organic fruits and vegetables.  E.g. apples, oranges, pomegranates, berries etc and broccoli etc.

    2. Try to eat two portions of oily fish (not in a tin) per week, such as Salmon, Trout and Tuna etc.

    3.  Drink 1.5 litres of water per day (filtered or mineral water).

    4. Exercising regularly will keep your skin healthy and clear and will help your body to absorb the nutrients from your food.

    5. Get plenty of sleep.  The body repairs the damage to cells during sleep.

    6. Exfoliate your skin twice a week using a scrub (though not one with beads as it will leave tiny scratches on your skin).  Apply a mask at least once per week and always moisturise.
