  1. get some Cat c**p.   Seriously, good product.  There are several anti-fog products.   Just go to a ski store and ask.

  2. Goggles are built with anti-fog features: anti-fog coating, sealed double lenses, vents, even fans.

If your goggles are fogging up, then your goggles don't have enough of these features - the double lenses are the biggest help. You may just need a better model - my favorite is Bolle. This is all you can do to make them work better:

    - Make sure you never touch the inside of the goggles

    - Make sure your hat or helmet isn't blocking the top vents

    - Don't take them on and off, it changes the temp causing fog

    Good Luck

  3. The goggles you have cant be that good you can buy lots of good pairs for less than £30. If not try a motorcycle shop as i get a anti-fog spray for my visor for about £1.50
