How to keep the clarity of a image in Photo shop?

Hi.. I am using Photo shop for editing some Images. The images are very small i.e 80 X 80 Pixcels resulution. I should make them to 300 X 300 Pixcels resoultion but if I do so the image will be blur...

do we have any options in Photo Shop CS3 to make it a bit more clarity???? please suggest

  2. I think there's none because that's the problem when using a pixel base image, once you increase it's resolution it's not clear anymore.  Other images can still be save, well, that depends on the image, you can use some clonings or increasing the sharpness.

  3. My experience. Copy picture, open MS Word, Pest. Enlarge photo, you will find good result then again copy that larg immage and pest it in to Photo Shop. I god good result.

  4. its all depends on the resolution, if you have a higher resolution you'll get more clear pictures, anyways try to blurr it, menu --> Filter --> blurr

    add more blurr if you want to have more blurr, try brightness and contrast which makes your image clear.

  5. 80x80 is too small, there is no way to get a picture look clear if you are increasing its size with such a big difference than its current size, the data that holds the details had been lost when it became smaller, you cannot gain those details back, the reason it becomes blurry is when you are increasing the size of the picture the program you are using filling the places of the lost data with the help of nearest original pixels.
