How to keep wearing makeup and keep a clean face during basketball?

Okay, well this year I'm going to be playing basketball for my highschool. I was wondering if I wear make-up, what should I do about it when we have practice. Also what would be a good routine to do to make sure I dont break out in pimples because of it. Our basketball practice is during our school day so..?

I would recommend going without makeup or light makeup for practices and games. You can get a good skin cleanser/moisturizer/toner to give your face a good complexion and even out your skin tone as well as keep your skin healthy and clean. There are several problems with wearing makeup during practices and games: you sweat it off, so it looks sticky and feels gross. Also, basketball is pretty physical and you may get bumped around and that won't be good if you're wearing a lot of makeup. Also, since you'll be getting sweaty you'll want to wipe your face on your jersey or touch your face to get the sweat off but that won't work out with makeup.

I played basketball all four years of high school and never wore makeup, which turned out to be a very good choice!

I wouldn't wear makeup during practice or games or working out or whatever. All it'll end up doing is make you break out, no matter what steps you take. Not to mention it feels gross when you're all sweaty...I doubt anyone else is going to be wearing makeup anyways.....

Just follow a good skincare regimen to get a naturally good complexion (then makeup really isn't necessary) and whatnot, be confident, and you're set.

for basketball practice wear light makeup

example: mineral powder makeup!

try mineral makeup from phyasicians formula

maybelline

etc.

and maybe a little mascara and that's about it. that's what i do for my colorguard practices.

and when your done with practice buy some baby wipes to wipe of the sweat so it doesn't clog your pores. :D
