How to keep your room cool.?

I need some help keeping my room cool without an AC.

i leave my window open at night but doesnt help at all.

help please.

well when you have your window open...if you can...open the top and the bottom at the same time, this way the heat can escape somewhere.  Keep your door shut and if you have a fan, put it on the highest setting.  Try putting a bowl of ice water in front of the fan this way it makes the air blowing out cool.  You can also take a cool shower and leave your hair wet so you stay cool.
