how can i keep myself up, i'm really tired but have to go to work not for 3 hours!how can i keep awake!!!!???

  1. caffeine (coffee, tea, cola, chocolate), a cold shower, a 10-minute walk, 100 jumping jacks, a handstand, a 20-minute nap can rejuvenate you, jammin' music.

  3. Iced Coffee or that 5 hour energy drink. I forget it's name but it's supposed to be better than all the others & comes in a real small bottle.

  5. firstly don't drink coffee. coffe causes you to become anxious and even though you are awake you a not at your full working capability. drinking alot of water  helps for me water increases your brain activity. But i think that only having 3 hours of sleep makes impossble for any of the staying awake medication to help. so the best thing you can do for ure self is get some sleep as soon as possible.

  6. many things. caffine usually works, having someone with you, or doing something that keeps you awake like something interesting so you don't want to sleep. also getting active works then ur all pumped

  7. Okay take a caffeine nap. Drink whatever energy drink, coffee, etc. then right after take a power nap for like 15-20 minutes by then the energy drink hits and you got some rest. Very helpful, did this to stay up fifty hours without much problem. Also smoke a cigarette or more lol will wake you up.

  8. coffee or drink something cold like a soda, then tomorrow you really need to think about getting your proper sleep. your body needs to rest. you don't won't to slow down and get burned out. so focus on getting at least a good night sleep .

  9. I don't know why it works but if I eat a bunch of chocolate and drink some diet mountain dew then I get so awake I cannot go to sleep for a looooong time. I drink diet mountain dew, a LOT of it, every single day so its not just the caffeine in it. And chocolate alone makes me feel like puking most of the time. But the combination of the two is like Super Adrenaline once they both hit my system. I was so awake with it last night that I HAD to take something that short-circuited me out before I could begin to get sleepy. I was miserable until I got sleepy.  

  10. coffee, exercise and by chewing sugar free gum. Always works for me. And get a checkup from your doctor to see if you have a sleep problem.

  11. why would you want to stay awake, do you know that will make you have poor performance at work then ever. you make more mistakes when your body isn't working correctly. i suggest if you got three hour fall asleep and wake up on ur time u need to be up and give your self time to take a shower drink coffee right after shower and you will feel much bette then  staying awake!!!! and also your performance at work wont be so much at risk!! cause  at least your brain had a tad bit of rest.
