  1. Work on your leg muscles (calfs, hamstrings, thighs)

    When you kick get elevation. Actually get airborne when you kick, and just practice that.


  2. the harder you try to kick it, the more chance of stuffing it up. it is a timing thing, like a sweet golf shot or a well timed crcket shot.

    plenty of small fella's can kick the stuffen out of a ball, why, bacause they relax and hit in the right spot.

    you will know where that is with practice, time your run up, smooth, relaxed and kick through the ball, with a follow through, another word don't kick flat footed, let the action take you into forward follow through.

    good luck with it, and stick at it, it does get easier with practice.

  4. kick a torpedo. Hold the ball slightly diagonally and kick the inner side of the ball with the outside of your foot so the ball spins. They are hard to do but when kicked correctly go the furthest.
