How to kill and get rid of spiders?

If they're on a plant (cactus) how to get rid and kills of spider?Please quote me in biological and chemical method.

Presuming the cactus is a house plant that can be easily carried, take it into the garden and blast it off with a hosepipe. Don't kill the spider as they do more good than harm.
