Question:

How to kill centipedes once and for all?

I don't have a lot of these little critters in my house (at least I don't think so) but I do see them every month or so. To me that's way too many. Are there any products that will kill them all but not put my dog in any danger?

I read another yahoo answer that suggested glue traps. A good idea but I was wondering if there was anything like the roach and waterbug baits that kill the bug AND the nest it inhabits?

I guess my concern is that I've noticed over the years that these little monsters are getting bigger and bigger by the year. I really don't want snake sized centipedes running around at night.

Thanks to anyone who can help.

  1. Techniques for eliminating centipedes from the home include drying up the areas where they thrive, eliminating large indoor insect populations, sealing cracks in the walls, and seeking the assistance of an exterminator.

They eat other bugs. So get rid of the other and the centipede will go....

  2. If you're really concerned, hire an Exterminator.
