How to kill white little bugs in my house plant soil?

I want to know how to kill these bugs with a household product that wont hurt my plants, they look like tiny white wormlike bug and theres lots of them when i put the water in the plant they jump a little. Help

  1. Sounds like aphids.

    First - separate the infected plants immediately from your healthy ones.  Bring the infected ones outside and repot them in new, clean soil.  Take the old soil and throw it away in a closed plastic bag - or - chuck it into the woods far away from your house.

    As for any that are still on the plants - use a solution of rubbing alcohol and water (about 1/4 alcohol to 3/4 water) in a spray bottle.  You can also use straight alcohol on cotton swabs and get each one individually, especially if the plants are fragile.

    Be sure your plants are bug free before bringing them back into the house (give it a couple of days, check them first!).
