How to know if i subscribed to seventeen magazine?

ok well i was on the site and i was making an account and i clicked for the one free magazine, than i did it again thinking that i had to say yes again and it said we will sent you your copies than bill you later, how do i know if i subsribed? and if i did subscribe how do i cancel it if i dont know the magazine label plz help
