You might have a record of an IQ test on your school records. Stay away from on line IQ tests whether free or for payment since they are notoriously incorrect.

You will not be able to take a free IQ test that has any value unless it is through your school./

There are no accurate IQ tests online.  If you want to know your real IQ, take an official, proctored exam.  They aren't free.  There are tons of tests online, but since anyone can write one and claim it's 'official', you can cheat on them, and you can keep taking them over and over until you get the score you want, none are anywhere near accurate.  They tend to give inflated scores as well, so everyone looks smart.  MENSA has one on their website, but won't accept scores from that test to join since you can take it as many times as you want.  

That said, the MENSA one and the one I link to below are the only ones I've found that don't ask for any personal information.
