I want to know the criteria which I need in order to know the suitable gasket or seal

most of the times, manufacturers provide an accessories bag with the main pump, if you have not it, go to the market and ask providing the shopkeeper the following data:

1) Name of the Pump.

2) Capacity of the pump

3) any specific model number, written in the name plate of the pump.

Write or go on-line to the manufacturer and get the "Parts List,"  for your model of pump.

There may be a chart of gasket/seal material vs fluid pumped.

Match your fluid to a material.

Look up "Part Number"
