Dude... most girls suck at this.  They are naturally flirty because they want guys to like them... but that doesn't mean they will like you back!!! Watch for exclusivity... if you don't see her paying other guys very much attention, or you see her in more places than you normally would, then chances are you have a chance

It depends on the girls personality really. The girl could either become really flirty, and start to touch your arm or something a lot when you talk. Other girls tend to get really shy and blush when you're around her and things like that.

I'd say some sure signs that a girl is into you is if she leans in when you talk, if she smiles a lot when you talk, she compliments you when you talk, if you catch her looking at you (and even more so if she looks away when you look back) and when she seems to direct all conversation in a group to you.

My advice is that if you think a girl likes you, talk to her about something you like (bands, sports, etc.) if she starts to agree with you a lot about them, or uses it as an excuse to talk to you later (like if she comes up to you and goes 'oh my god loved that band you told me about, you have such great tastes') then she likes you.
