How to know which one is male and female hamster?

i have 2 roborovski hamster..they too small...n i x recognise which 1 is male and female? 1 is awaz sleep n another 1 active

Well the female's 2 holes are really close together. They might actually only look like 1 hole because theyre so close together. The male's 2 holes are farther apart. They are apart by a few cm's. I hope this helps you.

I have a hamster too

I have a girl and boy.

The boy has a p***s(but they hide it)

The girls butt is red(with blood)

And when you buy hamsters they tell u

Don't search an external p***s, it 'll look to a hole as it is an inner p***s. Check the space between the two holes :

- "no space" (let's say less than 0,03 inch) ? => female

- space between the two holes ? (>0,03 inch) => male

Sometimes you could see testicles too but hard to see with dwarf hamsters or a scent gland middle his body... sometimes, don't conclude too fast to have a female if you don't see them, the space between holes is more determinant

Be careful if you have two "opposite" hamster : you'll have babies (5 to 9) in the coming 20 days.
